Whether you need a new website, a content plan for LinkedIn, a landing page for an upcoming conference, or something else, my approach is generally the same. Here’s what working with me looks like.
I’ll guide you through a discovery process to bring me up to speed on all the important parts of your business. What are you selling? Who is your customer? What are your biggest challenges? How would you like to improve your marketing?
It starts with a free, no-obligation discovery call, about 45 minutes over Google Meet.
I create a written plan to help you reach your goals, including which platforms to use, visual and written messaging, and how we’ll measure success. All work lives in a central database, which keeps collaboration straightforward.
Along with the plan, you’ll get a clear quote covering scope, timeline, and cost, so you can decide whether Elysian is the right fit.
Depending on the scope of the project, I’ll either handle the work myself or source a contractor to keep things on track. Staying organized and keeping the lines of communication open helps ensure success.
You keep one point of contact the whole way through, even when contractors are involved.
You’ll receive copies of all the files created and used for your project. If the work is ongoing, we’ll set a reporting cadence so you know exactly what’s working and what needs adjustment.
You own everything we make together, and you’ll always know where your marketing stands.
Honest answers to the questions I hear most.
The discovery call runs about 45 minutes over Google Meet. There’s no cost and no obligation. It’s simply a conversation so I can understand your business and make the right recommendations.
No. I never lock you into a long-term agreement. The contract simply puts your scope, timeline, and cost in writing so we’re always on the same page.
After onboarding, I’ll share a folder for your photos, logos, and brand materials, plus a simple guide for securely sharing access to tools like your website host or social media accounts.
As involved as you’d like to be. At a minimum, you’ll get regular updates and give final approval before anything goes live. If you want to be more hands-on, just let me know.
It depends on the scope. I handle strategy, writing, and most production myself. For larger projects, I bring in trusted contractors and manage them directly, so you still have one point of contact.
Everything lives in a shared central workspace, so you can see plans, drafts, and final files at any time. When the project wraps, you receive copies of everything.
For ongoing work, we’ll set a reporting cadence together, so you always know what’s working and what needs adjustment.
It depends on the scope of your project. After our first chat, you’ll get a clear quote with my recommendations, timeline, and cost. No surprises.
