Before anyone commits to anything, we want to get to know you: what your business is, what makes you different, and what currently isn’t working in your marketing engine. This 45-minute discovery call, held over Google Meet, is a session where we ask a series of questions so we can make the right recommendations for your business.
If you’re feeling good about our first conversation, we’ll send over a quote with our recommendations — including how much it costs, how long it will take, and what we need from you. This is your time to address any concerns, add or remove services, and decide whether Elysian Digital Media is right for you.
Once you decide to move forward, we send over a contract — and don’t worry, we’ll never lock you into a long-term agreement. Your comfort and satisfaction are our top priority; the contract simply lays out what you can expect from our working agreement in writing. We’ll also share a folder for you to drop any photos or logos, plus a guide to securely sharing account credentials or admin access for connected services.
Once we have everything we need, we’ll take it from there. You’ll receive updates about your website project — and if you want to be more involved, just let us know. For SEO and ongoing digital marketing, we typically send monthly reports and make time for monthly calls to go over the data. For website projects, you’ll give the final approval before anything is published.
